Target Audience

Client-Centered training is targeted to the specific needs of professional sales, marketing and customer support personnel. Most of our clients are manufacturers, distributors and resellers in technology-driven businesses.

Customization

Each Client-Centered sales seminar is tailored to fit our client's specific training requirements by selecting individual modules and by adjusting the amount of time that participants spend in workshops.

Please refer to the detailed Client-Centered Selling Seminar Agenda to help you identify the topics that are most important to your sales team.

Then, send us copies of any marketing materials, such as sales brochures, that will help us understand your business. Please do not send any original or irreplaceable marketing materials. If any of your marketing materials need to be returned, please notify us before sending them.

You may be asked to complete and return our Seminar Questionnaire.

After we have reviewed your marketing materials, we will schedule a teleconference to discuss your objectives for your seminar and to determine which topics will be covered.

Seminar Size

Our seminar format works well with virtually any sized group.

With smaller groups, we can present workshops that enable each person to have an opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions and role playing situations.

Seminar Room Requirements
  • PC projector that is bright enough to be seen with the lights turned on.
  • Lavaliere microphone with fresh batteries and a PA system as needed.
  • One large white board or two overhead flip charts with blank pads of paper and 4 new colored marker pens.
  • A presenter’s table that is large enough for the presenter's notebook PC, the PC projector, an open copy of a seminar handbook, and a glass of water.
  • Nametags for each participant.
  • We strongly recommend that you schedule your seminar off site.
Seminar Materials

Please provide a copy of Selling Microsoft: Sales Secrets from Inside the World's Most Successful Company to each participant. These will be referenced and should be available at the seminar. You can purchase copies of Selling Microsoft through our web site for $10 plus shipping.

We will supply copies of our seminar Fieldbook (approximately 260 pages) for $95.00 plus shipping. Please do not distribute the Fieldbooks until the morning of the seminar.

Agreement

The date for your seminar will be reserved when we receive a signed copy of our Training/Presentation Agreement with your check for 50% of our seminar fee.

Travel

Please schedule your presenter’s air travel at least two weeks before the date of the seminar and send us a copy of the itinerary, airline tickets or electronic ticket confirmation via FedEx or another overnight carrier.

Emergencies

Please provide emergency telephone numbers (usually a home or cellular phone number) for the day and evening before the seminar is scheduled, and for the morning of the seminar.
