Completion of the Client-Centered Sales Trainer Certification Program prepares a senior-level sales professional to deliver a 2-day Client-Centered Sales Training program to their company's sales team.

Prerequisites

  1. Attend a two-day Client-Centered Sales Training Seminar.
  2. Study Selling Microsoft, and commit as much of this book to memory as you can.
  3. Study the Client-Centered Selling Fieldbook, and review each workshop carefully.
  4. Visualize yourself facilitating the seminar for a large team of sales and marketing professionals. You must be comfortable speaking to large groups.

Preparation

  1. Plan on investing 5 to 10 work days to complete your training.
  2. Review the PowerPoint slides for the seminar and the attached Presenter’s Notes.
  3. Map each section/idea in the seminar to your own selling experience.
  4. Practice presenting all four modules. You do not need to present the material on SFA or the Internet.
  5. Review any questions that you have with your instructor.

Turn On the Video

  1. Videotape yourself presenting the seminar. This will take about 10 hours.
  2. Review your tape and re-tape any sections that are unintentionally humorous.
  3. Send your tape to Client-Centered Selling.
  4. Schedule a teleconference with Doug Dayton to review your presentation.
  5. Depending on your level of confidence, and on the expertise that you have demonstrated on your videotape, you may be asked to visit Client-Centered Selling for one-on-one coaching in Bellevue, WA.

Authorization
When you have mastered the Client-Centered Selling process, and you are fully prepared to present the 2-day seminar program, you will receive your Authorized Client-Centered Sales Trainer Certificate.

You will be authorized to award Client-Centered Sales Training Certificates to personnel in your company that successfully complete the seminar.

The Payoff
Note: Each person that attends a Client-Centered Sales Training seminar must purchase a copy of the Fieldbook from Client-Centered Selling for $95. Your company can save money by reproducing copies of the Fieldbook for internal use for a royalty of $50 per attendee/copy.
